A couple of years ago my dad came across a pair of binoculars that had been purchased by my grandpa while he was in Germany during World War II. I placed them in a safe place at home and eagerly looked forward to the Christmas holiday that was quickly approaching. There was no sense of distortion with the images at all. I was able to see amazingly well through these antique binoculars. I decided to polish them up and then put them to good use. I was very excited when they were finally delivered.

Upon going back into the house my dad placed the binoculars into the box and gave them to my son with a smile on his face. This wasn't to be the case, however. We both knew they were quite durable and he would be able to get plenty of use out of them. He was very impressed by the clarity of the binoculars. He quickly took them outside to try them out.
